What Foods Are Slow Digesting Carbs?

Successful free diet programs will use slow digesting carbohydrates over fast digesting carbohydrates to prevent unnecessary fat gain. Fast carbs promote fat gain while slow carbs prevent it. So foods like oatmeal, unrefined wheat products (wheat bread, wheat pasta, etc.) are all good foods to include in any weight loss plan. Those diet plans that still use fast carbs in their meal charts won’t provide you with much success.
